Krusade issue (try to open krusade with vnc, but the screen is black)

after followed your vedio and open the VNC to access the krusade, the screen is black, I cannot open it, I don't know why, please help me .

I went to VNC website and download the latest version of VNC, but the same issue, how can I fix this ?
