linux/plex and watchtower Docker errors

i installed images and containers keeps restarting getting this error

standard_init_linux.go:190: exec user process caused "exec format error"

I Installed docker through the repositories or plugins and yes I RPI not the best will be getting pine Rockchip pro

when i try to uninstall images i get this error
