I have found the option under the "drives" menu. I just would like to remark here that the German translation is really misleading, that is why I couldn't find it.
Finally by searching the english phrase through the GIT i found it:

The German phrase rather means something like "Do you really want to delete (respectively "remove") the drive".
A suggested better phrase in German would be "Wollen Sie den Inhalt des gewählten Laufwerks wirklich löschen (wipe)".
