Webgui not load or so slow

hi
i install omv4 on my old pc
Cpu: Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor 630 supporting HT Technology
Ram : 2 Gb
Hard Disk : 80 Gb [connected with IDE cable]

connect that to my router with cable . after update and upgrade omv-initsystem get below error

W: mdadm: /etc/mdadm/mdadm.conf defines no arrays.
W: mdadm: no arrays defined in configuration file

after that i connect other pc with cable to router and try to open Webgui
Webgui not load or open after 5 or 7 min so i can't login to webgui ( i cant access that from WiFi at all)
i try other Thread solution but it's not helpful

These are not errors, just warnings. They are telling you that the system did not find any RAID. Which is probably ok.

How do you try? Putting the IP of OMV in the browser?Make sure to double check which IP has been assigned to your server by the router.

i put ip address in the browser
i am sure ip is correct. i have been cheaked that in router and omv ip address with
ip addr and omv-firstaisd > configure web control panel
