Can't bind specific folder in Atlasian Jira Service Desk container

I downloaded Atlassian Jira Service Desk image, followed the instructions and got container up and running. But when I try to bind (for my own reasons, that is not required in documentation) /opt/atlassian/jira/bin to any folder I chose I get Restarting (127) status and container never starts. When I remove binding to /opt/atlassian/jira/bin folder, container works normally. How come that binding a folder can kill start of a container
You can easily replicate the issue, just download cptactionhank/atlassian-jira-service-desk image and run a container with -v/whatever:/opt/atlassian/jira/bin parameter.
