    • Re: force umount filesystem

You can not delete a filesystem entry if it is still used by a shared folder. You have to delete the shared folder config first to be able to delete a (broken) filesystem config entry.
      Absolutely no support through PM!

      I must not fear.
      Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
      I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
      Only I will remain.

Here is what I would do.

      Source Code

      1. cp /etc/openmediavault/config.xml /etc/openmediavault/config.backup
      2. nano /etc/openmediavault/config.cml
      3. go to fstab section
      4. find mntent entry that matches your uuid (8d089ed1-5d...)
      5. delete <mntent> to </mntent> including the mntent tags
      6. ctrl-o to save
      7. ctrl-x to exit
      8. reboot

You may have to remove the entry from /etc/fstab as well.

but now i have a share for a disk, that is not in my system anymore, what do i do to remove that?
    • You remove it from the config.xml like you did with your filesystem.

    • Do you got the feeling it still trys to mount and share it?

If it says so, then it is referenced somewhere. Sweetspot is the home folder settings.
