Hi, I think I must be missing something here. Trying to do a fresh installation with no harddisks installed, just the CDRom and USB flash.
I just keep going round in circles. It seems to install, but if I choose 'finish installation' it tells me that I need to install it first. So I choose that, and it tells me there is already an installation on it. Have tried all the other options such as installing Grub etc but to no avail. Wiping the USB key and starting again doesn't seem to help. any ideas?
I also note that people tend to have problems with USB keys - could this be the issue here? My Mac thinks the key is ok, but maybe there is a problem? Also, if USB keys aren't the way to go, what does the 'standard' installation consist of?
