I followed this wiki acticle to make the ports static to be able to set up firewall rules on my OMV: https://wiki.debian.org/SecuringNFS. Not sure if this is all I had done back then so give it a try and let me know if it works for you or not.
Ah, one remark: it's nothing you can do in OMV's web gui, you need to make the changes via cli.
