Slow video streaming.

    i am using my omv for streaming videos from a samba share (xbmc). After the update from 2.7 to the newest one streaming became very slow und unusable. Somebody else experienced this ? It is getting better if i ssh to my box and execute smbpassword -a user, but it is still very slow. There is a possibilty to downgrade back to 2.7 ?

    unfortunately no one has picked this up. This may be caused by the lack of information.


    What 2.7 version you are talking about? What is the version of OMV you are using? What Client do you use and how is that client connected to OMV?


    At the moment I am missing all information required to get an idea what might be wrong. So please describe your problem a little bit more detailed.
