After upgrading my system from 0.5.58, i have no webgui yet. What can I do?

Did you get any errors? What is the output of: dpkg -l | grep openmediavault and uname -a

Another quick check.. make sure it's not a browser cache issue.
Open your browser (Chrome, IE, etc..) in privacy/incognito mode. This makes the browser operate without the cache... If it's a cache issue, it will operate normally in privacy/incognito mode. So if it works there.. then all you have to do is clear your browser cache.

Try to rebuild the configuration and restart the service.

I would remove a few plugins and old dependencies. Try:
Codeapt-get autoremove apt-get remove openmediavault-extplorer apt-get remove openmediavault-minidlna apt-get remove openmediavault-omvextrasorg apt-get -f installIf that works, you can reinstall the removed plugins again.

Restarting nginx: nginx: [emerg] invalid port in "[::]:" of the "listen" directive in /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/openmediavault-owncloud:2
Since the Owncloud plugin changed from being an alias to residing on its own port I guess something is wrong with the config of Owncloud. Try removing the plugin run the commands again and then install it. Then you should go to the Owncloud settings and make sure everything is set correctly. -
Go with HK-47's idea of removing owncloud.

apt-get -f install -
Go to /etc/openmeddiavault/config.xml and search for a section which looks like
Code<owncloud> <enable>1</enable> <port></port> <sslcertificateref></sslcertificateref>Add 8443 to the port attribute
Code<port>8443</port>After that
Codeomv-mkconf nginxservice nginx restart

After doing this:
rm -f /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/openmediavault-owncloud
apt-get -f installeverything was fine and stable :-))

i have exactly the same issue but i'm not able to solve via above mentioned commands.
Did not restart the Server after upgrade, is this needed?
Any idea?

Restart is necessary after the upgrade coz is a new kernel.
There is maybe a typo in the certificate path (not sure). Can you disable the https? just plain http in port 80 with omv-firstaid.
Then try omv-mkconfig nginx and omv-mkconfig php5fm
Then service nginx restart and service php5-fpm restart
