      Hello,

The webGui of my NAS is "gone": I open the mediatank.private.network page -> it's blank.

      I tried a wget mediatank.private.network I received a 0 byte file.

The services are correctly running ( samba, btsync,...):but the web gui is "gone".

Where should I start the troubleshooting ? I'm pretty sure it apperead after an apt-get update/upgrade bu I do not have the output available.

      Thanks in advance
      EC
    • - The server runs
      - I can ping it
      - I can ssh
      - The services are accessible ( samba )
      - The web app installed ( sickbeard, btsync, transmission) are accessible.
      - The console is connected to my TV and plex home theater is correctly running.

the only misbehaviour is that the admin web gui is not accessible a "blank empty page" is displayed instead of the login form.
    • did that happen after a install of a plugin or did it happen after a installation.
Try the command above and try another port for the web-GUI. Maybe another program is serving its GUI on Port 80

    • Thanks all for you help...

still no dice. here are some findings
      - the web gui listen on port 80 ( changed to port 1965 using omb-firstaid) I get an empty page on 192.168.8.100:1965 and error on port 80
      - changed back to port 80 ( empty page on port 80 and error on port 1965)

      - tried to run the index.php page using the php cli and i get output looking like the htmls page ( form login;...)
      - no errors in the following log files: /var/log/php5-fpm.log , /var/log/nginx

the php-fm processes are running and are restarted as soon as I try to kill them...

      I'm totally lost
      Thanks for your help !
    • Can you post dpkg -l | grep openmediavault, also the output of

      cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/omv-extras-org-kralizec.list and
      cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/openmediavault

      And

      ps ax | grep 'php5\|nginx'
      lsof -i :80

Did you install any plugin lately?
