omv-plugins.org is no longer an active repo. If you want a pre-made image for the RPi, look here

I linked to an entire Raspbian image with OpenMediaVault pre-installed.

If you want to install the third party plugin repo (omv-extras), follow this for OMV 1.0. If you don't have OMV 1.0 installed, I highly recommend you use the pre-made image.

You do not even have Openmediavault installed. Therefore it does not install omvextrasorg. OMV-Extras.org is just the plugin system for OMV.

I would suggest you to reinstall the prepped image from ryecoaaron instead of trying to fix your current installation.

This is why I made the RPi image...

Put the SD card in another machine and write the image (extract it first) I linked to the sd card. If you are using Windows, win32diskimager will work.

If you want to install OMV on Debian Wheezy, practice in a virtual machine on Virtualbox. Starting with the RPi is not what I would suggest for beginners.

If you can start with a fresh Raspbian image, do the following to install OMV:

launch raspi-config
extanded partition, changed hostname, password and GPU memory
reboot
sudo su
apt-get update
apt-get dist-upgrade
echo "deb http://packages.openmediavault.org/public kralizec main" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/openmediavault.list
apt-get update 
apt-get install openmediavault-keyring postfix  (just say yes to installing unsigned packages)
apt-get update
modprobe ipv6
apt-get install openmediavault
wget http://omv-extras.org/testing/php5-pam_1.0.3-2_armhf.deb
wget http://omv-extras.org/testing/php5-proctitle_0.1.2-2_armhf.deb
dpkg -i php5-pam_1.0.3-2_armhf.deb
dpkg -i php5-proctitle_0.1.2-2_armhf.deb
apt-get -f install  (may not need)
