The plugin should soon be available in the 'Download Managers-testing' repo soon.

The plugin should work on most systems (amd64, i386 and arm)
The default username and password for the webui is "openmediavault"
The default download folder is set to /home/nzbget/downloads it is also known as the "MainDir", I suggest you change it to a shared folder location unless you have plenty of room on your system drive.

Please don't ask how to configure NZBGet, this topic is for users who have trouble installing/running the plugin.

REMEMBER it is in the testing repo for a reason :saint:

    • It not ready in the repo's? can't see it in the list yet.

edit: got the deb from the server, but the dependencies do not get resolved. In which server is located nzbdrone binary?
      edit2: wrong thread

    • The update was just to add a new XB-Plugin-Section field to the control file, this should not have reset anything.

There is a section (if I remember right) in the webui to backup and restore your settings, you could redo your settings then back them up in case this happens again.
I will check what may have caused this to happen.

    • There is no way at the moment to update. In the future I will add an update routine so when you check for updates (like you did) you will have a link to install the update.

    • after it is changed check if it is running ps aux | grep [n]zbget

If it is not running try running
      sudo -u nzbget /opt/nzbget/nzbget -c /usr/share/nzbget/nzbget.conf

It will output all to the shell so you can see why it is not either running or not loading the config

/opt doesn't hold any folder related to sabnzbd...
    • i ran the first line of code and nothing happened i just got another root prompt so then i ran the second line of code and it said FATAL ERROR: nzb-file not specified

i am supposed to run this code after i login with root password correct? i dont know how to/haven't tried to do ssh yet........thanks for being understanding
    • when you say the root folder do you mean the "MainDir"?

I have no problem changing that location even if the location does not exist

How are you reloading nzbget, via the page after you save the settings or another method?

    • yes i mean the main dir im sorry i should have made that more clear, i am reloading nzbget via the button that comes up on the page asking me to reload

currently i tried to reload and it is still "broken" the webpage gives me an error saying this webpage is not available in chromium browser, i can not access the webui anymore i would have to uninstall and reinstall
    • Try
      apt-get remove --purge openmediavault-nzbget

Then check the following locations to make sure everything was removed

      Source Code

      1. /opt/nzbget
      2. /usr/share/nzbget
