Plex enabled via OMV-Extras but not available in services

I finally decided to move over from rolling my own Ubuntu setup to trying OMV. I've tried to install the Plex plugin but even though it shows as enabled in the OMV-Extras secondary tab I can't see it anywhere in the Web interface. I've looked for information and can see it should be in the services tab but it isn't there.

The only other mention of Plex I have is this in System Information -> Report:

I've looked through the logs but can't find any mention of Plex. I guess there's something else I needed to do after enabling it?
I'm running OMV on a HP MicroServer, OMV details: Version 1.2, Distribution kralizec, Kernel 3.2.0-4-amd64, Architecture amd64.

You enabled the plex repository. But you have to install it, of course. You can find it in the plugins section of OMV (Maybe on site 2, yes there are more than one!)

System >> Plugins >> openmediavault-plexmediaserver

That's great, I thought I had searched on that page using my browser's find but it didn't show up. Should have checked more thoroughly.

I have three disks full of Plex content to add but my previous Plex installation was lost when my root hard disk failed on my old system.
To complete the setup do I just need to choose one of those disks as the Database Volume?

I tried it and it seems to be working great.

You do not need to. I´m using my SSD as Plex Database folder. However we recommend in using the Data discs. In case of a failure of your system drive, you still have your database safe.

This certainly is a very old thread, but I've got the same problem: activated the repo and can't find the plugin on the plugin page (no, der is no second page here )

Refresh, Reloaded, logged out/in - can't find plex plugin.

Any ideas?

Must be a repo issue and/or an issue with something else you have installed. What is the output of: apt-cache policy plexmediaserver openmediavault-plexmediaserver

Tried the Button "apt clean" in the omv-extras tab, at the end it gave me:
