Can't Login to WebGUI

When I browse to the WebGUI, the background loads, but the login box is not there.

I've tried IE 11 and FF. I've tried clearing cache, and I've tried private mode. I am able to login via SSH. All services appear to be working properly other than the WebGUI. This occurred after I upgraded to current and installed Plex last night.

Here is the output of df -h:

I've tried this:
omv-mkconf nginx
omv-mkconf php5fpm
service apache2 stop
service php5-fpm restart
update-rc.d -f apache2 remove
service nginx restart
omv-firstaid

I've tried rebooting.

Any ideas on what I should try next?

First do apt-get update. If that doesn't work, try the following.

1. Delete Plex like follows;

apt-get --purge remove openmediavault-plexmediaserver
apt-get --purge remove plexmediaserver
userdel plex
rm -rf /media/1c59ca65-3fe5-4c5f-acb0-076b03c7460a/plexmediaserver

2. Reboot OMV using;

shutdown -r now

3. Install the OMV-Extras.org plugin from the Web Interface. @subzero79 has a guide for that.
4. Goto OMV-Extras.org > Secondary > tick Enable Plex Media Server repository
5. Goto Plugins and Install openmediavault-plexmediaserver 1.0.9 (or latest)
6. Change your DNS Server settings, Primary: The IP address of your router & Secondary: 8.8.8.8
7. Afterwards do apt-get update

N.B. You might want to try this through SSH

If your Web Interface does not show up even after you delete Plex, you might want to try a clean installation of OMV and then install Plex using the instructions above.
