RAID MIA

About an hour ago I received the following via email:

When I tried to login to OMV, it would not pull up in my browser. I had to reboot to get it up. When I click on RAID Management it does not display my raid.

I get the following from cat /proc/mdstat

I should only have 1 raid5 configuration with 6 drvies, sdb-sdg.

I am not sure what to do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I followed the steps you gave me. I did have to wipe /dev/sde, but I was able to add it back using the Recovery option, and it seems to be rebuilding nicely. All of my data is intact.

Almost the same exact thing happened to me today.

Is there anyway I can find what keeps causing this?
