I have systemrescuecd running PXE and NFS as well.

LOL Aron, I think that is a bit different than a full Arch install.

Why? Both have xorg and full sets of tools. Gentoo's package manager (emerge) works as well. I could just extract the image and use nfsroot parameter if I wanted a persistent system.
