Power cuts caused permission errors HELP

  • Hi all

We have been having regular power cuts and now it seems it has affected my OMV install.
SSH and Apache stopped working with errors referring to permission denied.
I google around and solved the sshd problem by taking ownership again.
I did the same with apache2 and got the service started, but it was then having issues with SUEXEC, i reinstalled and now dont get any error when starting the service, but still cant access the gui.
There were also errors on Dmesg for Monitor daemon and atd. i fixed Monitor by taking ownership again, but cant get ATd to work at all.
Looking at the apache logs it just constantly rolls [error] (13) Permission denied:mod_fcgid: couldnt bind unix domain socket /var/lib/apache2/fcgid/sock/3139.xx

Not sure if it is just worth reinstalling, but not sure how to back up my entire config and how to restore the config and my 2 raid volumes.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.
