VDR channel search missing channels

I know this is probably not OMV related, but I already asked in VDR Forum and got no answer. Maybe somebody here has an idea.
I have VDR installed and as far as I see everything is running. I did a satellite channel search and tons of channels are found, except the major German non-HD channels like RTL, RTL2, Pro7, Sat1...., there are found as HD, but these are encrypted and I have no card. On my television channels are available, so probably no antenna problem. I inserted these channels manually in channels.conf, but no luck, seems no signal. I have no idea where to start!

Just for info. It turned out that TV PCIe card is defect. I don't thought that, because only a few of hundreds channel are not working. But installing card on a Windows system had the same result.
