server dh2k.omv-extras.org failed ?

    I receive several emails from cron-apt whose could not connect to dh2k.omv-extras.org:80, see below :
    But when i do a manual apt-get, it 's works !!


    Is dh2k.omv-extras.org server shutdown at the night ? maintenance ?

    Server is running and reachable at the moment.


    Report back if this happens again and i'll investigate further.

    It updates every now and then but its been like this for 10min or so, I tried refreshing the package list on my other box and it does the same thing.


    Just thought I would pass it along.

    I've been getting emails from cron about this error too. Last one was a few minutes ago.

    After checking, it seems like the repo is currently down.

    looks fine to me... although it was a bit slow for me earlier while I was upgrading Plex. I figure since a vast majority of users are probably using Plex, it was probably getting hammered pretty hard as people updated...


    I definetly had some issues trying to update last night. All was working fine this morning though.

    OMV 1.9 - Lenovo Thinkserver TS140 - Xeon E3-1200 v3 Series w/ 8GB Ram: 3 x 3TB WD RED - AUFS Pool, 1 x 16GB Samsung SSD System Drive
    Plex - Syncthing - Couchpotato - Sonarr - NUT

    @KM0201 just the plex update shouldn't have hammered the server into the ground. I saw it was reacting slow on requests, and the repo wasn't reachable later until a apache2 restart.


    Keep me posted if this happens again.

    For me, I never saw it actually down.. it was just slow. Like I said, when I saw Plex was updating, and understanding a lot of folks use Plex.. I just figured the server was just getting hammered pretty hard.


    Regardless, looks like all is normal in the world now... :)

    Yesterday, traffic only, measured in GigaByte/s, no I/O stats avail. Times are CEST.
    Blue is incomming, red is outgooing.
