      You can tell me what are the good parameters for SSD
    • You can edit the os drive in fstab without being affected by mkconf at a later time. mkconf only alters fstab between the openmediavault tags.

      Here is a proper ssd line in fstab
      UUID=ad37d5cd-419b-4e3c-9ddf-b73c0aeeef9c / ext4 noatime,nodiratime,discard,errors=remount-ro 0 1

    • What system? What is the output of mount? I'm guessing the boot partition is mounted read only or you aren't logged in as root.

    • In the end what I will do is to low level format the SSD and reinstall openmediavault installation with the stick and start again. The problem I've always had is that I can not move files from one folder to another by average transfer samba because it is locked with no Internet connection and have to return to reniciar OMV
