After run:
dpkg-reconfigure --frontend=noninteractive resolvconf

I verify the resolv.conf file that show me:

dynamic resolv.conf(5) file for glibc resolver(3) generated by resolvconf(8)
# DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE BY HAND -- YOUR CHANGES WILL BE OVERWRITTEN
nameserver: one of DNS
domainname

Then I access webgui, and go to Network - Interfaces - Dns Server - I add one more DNS - Save - Apply.

Then verify resolv.conf again, and show me:

dynamic resolv.conf(5) file for glibc resolver(3) generated by resolvconf(8)
# DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE BY HAND -- YOUR CHANGES WILL BE OVERWRITTEN
nameserver: first DNS
nameserver: second DNS
domain
second DNS

Now OMV 2.1 WORKS FINE!
