Raid does not show up after reboot, please help.

  • I had a raid system crash prior to this where a bad new hard drive caused a raid 6 grow to fail, and split volumes. Long story short, I wiped the system, and re-installed omv, and the drives but that's where the fun began.
After re-intalling OMV2 and addinga new drive, I wiped the drives in OMV, and created a raid 6 volume. All went fine, but noticed after syncing, I'm not able to create a file system from the web UI's dropdown. Fine, I created one from the command line.

Everything seemed to be fine, and I copied data into the new raid system. Reboot and oops. No raid or filesystem found.
I can manually in commandline re-assemble the raid using mdadm --assemble /dev/md0 /dev/sd[abdefghijklmno] and then manually mounting the filesystem via the webUI. What's wrong? Can anyone help please?
