My NAS seems to be working fine, but I've noticed that my RAID mirror was resyncing itself a couple of times the past few months. I've looked into my SMART values, but my disks seems to be absolutely in fine condition. Yesterday I dived a little bit deeper into my logs and it seems that my NAS spontaneously rebooted.
When does the OMV decides to resync the raid? Can it be after a sudden short power loss for example?
The suspect of the power loss is the power supply of my NAS, but it would be nice to know if the cause of the resync is a reboot due to a sudden power loss.
