Would like to mount the disks to a particular location so that I can use a wildcard to mount to /storage for mergerfs pool, e.g.:

      Source Code

      1. /mnt/data/* /storage fuse.mergerfs defaults,allow_other,minfreespace=20G,fsname=mergerfsPool 0 0

i.e. all disks would be mounted to /mnt/data or /media/data and then the mount point would be created as /storage for the mergerfs pool.
    • You can modify anything outside those tags. Everything inside the tags is generated from the entries in config.xml (which can be modified.

If you change defaults in /etc/default/openmediavault before the filesystem is generated, it will use those defaults (especially mergerfs).

The location has been talked about many times. You cannot change it. Make a mergerfs pool. The pool will have a /media/uuid mountpoint. Then make a symlink to /storage.
