Is in the developer section, which is restricted to developers, you have to request access to the forum administrator. The original thread opener wanted to let know if developers were interested in maintaining them.

I thought there was a list of plug-in that will cancel.
well it derived on that also, and yes a big bunch of plugins will not make it to 3.
we can ask @HK-47 if he wants to move it out of the dev section

I quote myself here to correct, he is not maintaining anymore cups, virtualbox and webdav. They are ready for 3.0 but if bugs are encountered he will not fix them, and if it keeps going like that they won't make it to omv4.

That's my mistake. I thought it would be visible in both sections. I never noticed.
Since that thread has gone off-topic by a lot it would probably be for the best to split most of the messages into something like "OMV 3.0 beta preparations. I don't know if some level of moderator has that power (I don't at least). -
