TVheadend OMV 3, how?

Hello,
How can I install TVHeadend? Its strange that this dosent work as a plugin.

Running OMV on Intel NUC.

Please help me newbie guide?

In command line this would be:

apt-key adv --keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80 --recv-keys 379CE192D401AB61
echo "deb https://dl.bintray.com/tvheadend/deb jessie stable" >> /etc/apt/sources.list.d/tvheadend.list
apt-get update
apt-get install tvheadend

But I'm sure this can be done in the webgui and this is probably the way you want to go, if you are looking for a "newbie guide".

Thanks! Get this error;

got the webgui to work and it finds my hd homerun but it won't search. I dont even create a system log?

Sorry, I had a typo in there. The apt-source file should have the extension .list
you can correct this by

mv /etc/apt/sources.list.d/tvheadend /etc/apt/sources.list.d/tvheadend.list

However, you installed the Jessie version of tvheadend which is 4.0.9 If you are fine with that, leave it. The other repo should install you version 4.1.

As I don't have nor use tvheadend I can't help you with your problem. Maybe ask directly the tvheadend guys?

Hi,

i tried to install omv3 on a new usb-stick for testing it. And omv Works fine.
But after installieng TVheadend and rebooting it does not start. Has anyone the same Problem
and can help me with mine.

Hi i cant seem to get onto tvheadend webgui , ip:9981 is there any setting to set up in omv?
