Saving RAID and filesystems for a clean install

I've ruined my OMV configuration to the point the only way to fix it is by installing it again.
I've an SSD where the OS is installed and 2 HDD in RAID 0.
I've 8 TB of data that I have been storing for years.
Is there a way to save this configuration in a external device and then load again so I don't loose anything?
Is there a way to know what type of RAID do I have? (Web client wont work, as I said I've ruined OMV)
Will there be any problem by going from v0.5 to v2.1 in a clean install?
