Uppgrading virtualbox to version 5 problems

Hello! First post here

I'm trying to upgrade my VirtualBox to version 5. I ran this script but it's not working

Did you stop your VMs before running the script?

Yes i stopped the VM i had running and did disable the VirtualBox plugin in the omw webgui, I didnt uninstall the plugin just disabled it.

Edit: this is the error i get when trying to open phpvirtualbox:

There was an error obtaining the list of registered virtual machines from VirtualBox. Make sure vboxwebsrv is running and that the settings in config.php are correct.

I ran it again it worked just fine this time! No idea why I didn't think about that myself.
