Cloud or ios & Android app sync

    • OMV 2.x
    • Cloud or ios & Android app sync

This weekend I just finished setting my first server for home with OMV.
I used an old dual core computer from work and I added 2x2TB western hdd in raid 1 (mirror).

I installed plex etc. and it's mostly working fine.

Except for one big part. I wanted to have one place where all pictures and videos of my family would be in.
I want a place that will easily keep the pictures from my work phone (iphone 5S) and my girlfriend cellphone (Android, usually an android but she change every 2 years or so).

So I was planning on using OwnCloud plugins and app as it work for all of them.
Except, this pluging is not supported/update on OMV anymore.

      Is there another option ?

should I install standard Debian and OMV and OwnCloud separately on top of the main linux distro ?

      thank you
    • Yeah, use Nextcloud - it's 100x better then OC.
Now I'm running both for testing but will shutdown OC in a month.
