Your drive's performance looks alright. However, some attributes have rather high values that cause concerns.
- Reported_Uncorrect: The count of errors that could not be recovered using hardware ECC
- Power-Off_Retract_Count: Number of power-off or emergency retract cycles.
- Load_Cycle_Count: Count of load/unload cycles into head landing zone position.
My guess is that your drive's power gets cut off frequently maybe due to unstable power or a bad USB enclosure.

ok, but....
why is inconsistent the color?
red light outside and green inside?.

I believe this still needs to be polished based on user feedback. I would open a ticket at bugtracker. Had the same issue with Samsung ssd before being flagged as red, being still healthy. I submitted the smart data and then was fixed.

I assume the error is because of attribute Reallocated_Sector_Ct (5) which results in a SMART_ASSESSMENT_BAD_SECTOR. The OMV SMART assessment is atapted from the libatasmart library, so it should be easy to validate and compare the calculation with other tools that are based on this library.
