Got so nice help on my first post so I thought I'd ask another question 
I installed the iTunes/DAAP plugin but i dont seem to have the user credentials to login to its backbone? Thank you so much in advance!

I just tried it and none of my music showed up. I tried giving the daapd user permissions to my music share and it still didn't work. Even chmod -R 777 didn't. So, I added the daapd to the users group and restarted forked-daap. It worked. It is definitely a permission thing. Just not sure where. I don't think it is a big security issue to add daapd to users.
So, as root, try:
Codeusermod -G users daapd /etc/init.d/forked-daapd restart -
Not sure what the backbone is?? You shouldn't need a user for DAAP. Are you trying to get into the OMV web interface?

the "backbone" when u access it thru web by <ip>:3689 ... or maybe that isnt needed?
