Some folders are not accessibles

Hello;
I've got 3 or 4 folders that are not accessible from windows.

Those folders are into an other folder freely accessible.
I don't know why those 2 or 3 folders are not accessible because i choose :

How to change acces to have the full acces again for those ?

I force Recursive on the selected folder :

And now i can save in all selected folders.
