Rsnapshot - Leeres Systemprotokoll

  • Hallo Openmediavault Community,

    ich habe OMV 4.X neu installiert und nutze das openmediavault-rsnapshot-plugin für Sicherungen. Dabei habe ich ein geringfügiges Problem mit dem "Systemprotokoll - Rsnapshot (Sicherung)" festgestellt - es ist leer. Einträge aus der rsnapshot.log werden nicht angezeigt. Die Ursache ist ein falsches Datumsformat in der rsnapshot.log. Einträge in der rsnapshot.log in OMV3 begannen mit "[02/Mar/2017:11:00:09] ...." , Einträge in OMV4 beginnen mit "[2018-01-20T22:20:04]...."! Ändere ich in der rsnapshot.log das Datumsformat in OMV4 in das alte Datumsformat von OMV3 ab, werden die Einträge auch im Systemprotokoll angezeigt. Da ich das Protokoll häufiger zur Kontrolle nutze, wäre eine Behebung des Problems hilfreich für mich.

    Irgendwelche Vorschläge zur Lösung? Wer betreut das Plugin?

    Viele Grüße.

    @ryecoaaron

    OP noted an issue with the log file of rsnapshot plugin which is related to the time stamp used in the logfile

    OMV3 [02/Mar/2017:11:00:09] --> logfile is displayed correctly in the GUI of OMV

    OMV4 [2018-01-20T22:20:04] --> logfile is not shown in the GUI of OMV

    If he changes manuall the format on the OMV4 logfile it is displayed correctly in the GUI.
