Minecraft server on OMV - It is possible?

    Hello, I am going to install OMV. I need file sharing, data backup etc. There is one point, however. I would like to put a minecraft server for my son on this machine. On a clean debian you can do it without a problem, but I would like to know if it can be done on OMV. java is needed to run the minecraft server. Thank you in advance for your help. Regards. daniel

    Try docker or a virtual machine, this will help keep docker clean. On the other hand this is debian and open and you can d whatever you do, on the wiki there are some guidelines on files you should not touch to not break the webui.


    I personally whenever i can, i choose docker.
