Hello just wondered if the new Plex plugin is about as it fixes the problem of TV show thumbnails not being downloaded due to TVDB updating there API

You need to run:

apt-get update && apt-cache policy plexmediaserver

to see what the latest version of Plex is available in the repository for your setup.

The current, latest available version is 1.13.2.5154 but this does not mean that this version will be available to you or that the problems with TheTVDB have been solved.
