installing mc on openmediavault

Is there a way to install midnight commander on OMV.
I would like to be able to move files between drives in case of a hard drive failure.

I reloaded OMV 4 on another SD card and mc installed normally.
I must have an error on the original setup.
All i have to do now it add back the directories for both SMB and the 2 users to get it going.
I have had other problems with this unit so I think its best to redo the SD card.
