    • /usr/lib/pcp/bin/pmlogger_check: not found & /usr/lib/pcp/bin/pmie_check: not found

      Good Morning,

after performing an "apt update & apt ugrade" yesterday i have these two error msg via email

      /bin/sh: 1: /usr/lib/pcp/bin/pmie_check: not found
      and

      /bin/sh: 1: /usr/lib/pcp/bin/pmlogger_check: not found

After some investigation if found that this is part of an Redhat Performance Toolkit.
When I search for the stretch package i further find that the Debian packages only are for jessie and not for stretch.

So my question is, what use omv the pcp toolkit for and can i just purge all the pcp stuff ?

      kind regards
    • OMV core does not use this package, may it’s from a plug-in.

I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
      Only I will remain.
