users created on omv not shown when i ssh into server

Im a beginner in using omv. Until today i used omv with plex addon.

Now i wanted to use plex with docker. When i ssh into server to see my users PUID and GID i can only find the root users nothing else appears. I have a user created wich i use for samba etc. The user is also in the users group. I created a new user for docker wich is also in the users group. Everything shows ok in the OMV interface but when i ssh into server and tpe users i can only find the root user

Yes i know what you say but user is not found

root@openmediavault:~# id tiberius
id: 'tiberius': no such user

ANd the users exists. I use it for samba and others. When i try to list users i can only find root user
