OpenVPN with changing IP

Is there some special way to configure the OpenVPN plugin to get around the problem of my ISP changing my IP periodically? Should I even use the plugin if I have a changing IP or would it be better to use a docker container? Would a docker allow me to use a DNS service to get around the ip change problem because I can't see any way to do it via the plugin? Or should I be looking at some other service to accomplish remote access to my network that won't get knocked out everytime my ISP decides to change my IP?

Yes, but how do you set it up? If I remove my ip from the VPN plugin settings, it won't save. When I try to type a dns address under the DHCP options, it won't let me type anything. I don't see any way to do it in the plugin. Is there a better option than the OpenVPN plugin?
