How to make backup of OMV

Hi.

I did something really wrong leading to "Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages." Error.
According to Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages. I decided to reinstall the OMV.

I am wondering if there is any way to make a backup of OMV configuration (Like shared folders, etc) to save some time recreating everything.
If so, step by step guide will be appreciated.

There is no facility within OMV to have a backup copy of all configured settings that can be simply pushed into a fresh installation and have it function as the originally configured installation.

What you can do and should be doing is making a complete disk image of the system disk frequently, and especially immediately before making a potentially risky change to the configuration. This way, the entire OMV system can be restored to a blank disk and become an identical bit for bit copy of the previous working installation

You can use tools like Clonezilla (and some others) or dd to accomplish this.
