Unable to completely remove extensions (nginx)

Hi,

a few weeks ago I installed nginx over the omv webinterface (extensions -> openmediavault-nginx 4.0.3). Today I tried to uninstall it and the output tells me, the removal was successfull. But when the webinterface reinitialized, these two errors appear:

RPC service 'Nginx' not found.

The Nginx-extension is also still shown in services on left side of the webinterface but throws the same error when I try to select it.

Neither reboot nor reinstallation helped.

Solved by updating to newest version (apt-get update & upgrade). The service is no longer available in the webinterface and the error is gone.
