I'm a beginner... Is it possible to install OMV on a lg nas n1t1 ?

Short answer no, because initially you have to overwrite the LG software, from what I have found this can be done and is being done through the Arm forum and Doozan you just need to google. If that is possible you may then be able to install OMV.
