Almost All Containers in Docker are "Connection Refused"

Odroid HC(1/2) are armhf. At least with the linuxserver images, when you pull the :latest image out should retrieve the correct image for your architecture. Maybe make sure to delete the other images you pulled before.

Another question, if I can't get motioneye to work, I was looking at Zoneminder as well. I found arm32v7 exactly in lspipepr/zoneminder, but I can't find that within the docker search in OMV. Is there are a manual way to pull it?

That method wouldn't work for me. So I ssh'd in puTTY and typed in docker pull lspipepr/zoneminder:arm32v7-latest and that worked.
