BTRFS and Nextcloud database

  • Hey Guys,
I'am currently in the process to reformat my data drives to change the filesystem from ext4 to btrfs. I read in severals guide regarding the topic that write-heavy items like databases should be stored in a subvolume with disabled CoW (Copy on write; NOCOW) to prevent fragmentation.
The only database running on my data drives is the MariaDB Docker with my Nextcloud database. I wanted to ask for opinions if I should store this database in a NOCOW subvolume ?

    Thanks in advance! <3
