OMV takes over managing nginx configs. Your best option is to install OMV and then run nginx in docker to separate them.

this way I`ll loose RTPM module, there`s other way?

Why can't the module be in the container?
as far I know, nginx modules must be compiled together with nginx and can`t be installed after, there`s any container that can be instaled in OMV`s control panel for rtmp?

nice, I installed the alfg docker... but... can anyone give a hint on how can I configure it? I`m a little lost here
I installed the container, but when I check the log It says:
standard_init_linux.go:211: exec user process caused "exec format error"
I have the nginx plugin installed, I need to change something? I don`t know how to access or how to change the nginx.conf file
Already made some research here and on google, but cannot find anything about this
thanks

Unfortunately, I forgot you were using an arm board. Neither of these images support armhf. You will need to find one that does or write your own.
I forgot, too. This one maybe? https://github.com/datarhei/nginx-rtmp
sorry for the noob question, but how can I use a dockerfile with OMV?
A dockerfile is used to build a docker container from scratch.
You have to use the docker run command provided in the readme and specify the correct image (armhf)
