Let`s encrypt renew cert & generate cert for subdomains

Hi everyone!

I have some problem with my omv.
I run 4.1.26-1 (Arrakis) and use the let´s encrypt aswell the nginx plugin.

nginx is configured to forward my subdomains like this:

omv.MYDOMAIN.eu:443 & omv.MYDOMAIN.eu:80 -> https://127.0.0.1:444
fbox.MYDOMAIN.eu:443 & fbox.MYDOMAIN.eu:80 -> https://10.13.37.1:443
nextcloud.MYDOMAIN.eu:443 & nextcloud.MYDOMAIN.eu:80 -> https://127.0.0.1:666

Usually I don't want to have port 80 working since i want to use https, not http. But it seems i need at least have port 80 working for generating certs. So this configuration also needs some forwarding to port 80 internal i guess? Configuration looks like 1.PNG and 2.PNG

My initial generation of the cert for MYDOMAIN.eu worked. But it seems i cannot renew.
