Syncthing Uninstallation Issue

Hi there,

I have recently started getting into OMV and I'm so far loving the stuff that can be done with it.
I am however having an issue with an install of 4.1.3 where after installing Syncthing I am now unable to uninstall it.
When attempting to remove the plugin I get a window come up with the error
Failed to read from socket: Connection reset by peer
accompanied with

Error #0:OMV\Rpc\Exception: Failed to read from socket: Connection reset by peer in /usr/share/php/openmediavault/rpc/rpc.inc:171

Ive ensured that there are no syncs enabled or added to the plugin and I've tried enabling and disabling various other plugins to no avail. Even a trusty restart didn't work.

I apologise if there a formatting error with this thread and I will happily correct it if there is, I'm just a bit stumped and could use some help.

Not sure if this is the problem. but your OMV is not up to date. Current version is 4.1.26.

Thanks for the reply, I have updated the installation and found that the issue still persists.
