Portainer not installing

Hi

This is my first post in the forums so if I’m breaking the guidelines or haven't posted in the right section , I apologize in advance. I'm new to OMV and this is my first time configuring a system specifically for that I followed the included youtube tutorial and everything worked except for the portainter install. I have watched the video several times and went over the steps exactly as seen in the video but unfortunately when I click on “open portainer web interface “ the portainer link never opens and I continuously get an error. After reposting on the video I was told to post my configuration here. So here goes any, assistance would be greatly appreciated.

SSD boot drive Kingston A400 SA400S37/120

Mobo Asus A88XM-A

Cpu AMD-A8-7600

Ram 2x8 gig kit of Hyperx Hx318C10FWK2/16 ram

Case Phanteks Enthoo Mini XL Dual

Unable to connect means it hasn't installed, when you click Install Portainer the install dialog pops up, if you don't see a row of numbers and letters followed by Done then it hasn't installed.
Reboot, double check the ip address and try the install again.
