OpenVPN help

obviously i'm a newbie to this but been trying to get my server vpn protected, I have a provider that gives me a .ovpn profile from servers of my choice, is there a way to use the plugin and protect my server? not able to connect localhost:1194 for the web gui. (fyi, in addtion and not running at same time, but was able to install OpenVPN-AS docker, but not able to connect to web interface, will start a thread in the docker section for that) Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance
